Recognized as a top 50 Web 3 startup, Hedge is a group investment app that allows groups of friends to invest together through hedge funds. As the founding product designer, my responsibility is to create all flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for the Hedge app. In order to improve efficiency and consistency across the engineering and design teams, I am also currently working on establishing an internal design component library.
Youthful. Trustworthy. Modern.
These are the feelings I wanted Hedge’s visual identity to evoke. Below are my initial logo designs and a summary of my competitor analysis. I experimented with various colors, fonts, and sizes, and shapes.
I’m currently collaborating with a team of developers to translate my designs into code and bring the Hedge to life. While the mobile app is still in development, I’m excited to share some sneak peeks of the prototypes I designed for various features. Below are my mockups for the Learn, Explore, Community, and Introductory sections of the app.
